CONSULTATION

We have consultants available to visit your home to evaluate your proposed entertainment area and to make recommendations on home entertainment products and/or custom installation solutions. Call or visit our showroom to setup your in-home consultation. We will work with you to come up with a date and time that works with your busy schedule. We want your input so that we can come up with a custom installation that fits your needs, lifestyle and budget.

System Design

Comprehensive and thoughtful system design and engineering up front leads to the best balance of functionality, reliability and aesthetics in the end result. Avoid costly mistakes or order changes, having to do something twice, or tearing up walls once they’ve been closed. Careful attention is given to the numerous details involved with smart technology and integrated systems to ensure they are easy to use and deliver consistent performance and allow for future expansion or upgrades. Everything from wiring infrastructure, hardware location, control device placement, user interface design, power management and blending equipment with architectural elements and interiors is planned out in advance. We coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, general contractors, and affected sub-contractors.

Project Management

When implementing technology in a home or business there are a lot of moving parts as we coordinate multiple subsystems and roll them into one whole-home or business system that is easy to use. This includes collaborating with your build team, scheduling the phases of your installation appropriately, being flexible and agile when the conditions at the jobsite changes, and ensuring our technical team has everything they need. This is the role of our project management team—get it done on time and on budget.

Installation

A defined scope, a thoughtful design, documentation — none of these things create that wow moment in your new smart home or business without the wonderful work of our installation team. Our technicians have years of technical training, installation and troubleshooting experience.
